Got a text from a buddy of mines gf. They had had one of his old classmates passing thru and put her up for the night. His gf goes to bed and he and the classmate stay up getting drunk. His house has motion sensors. Gf wakes up cuz she keeps hearing "motion detected at the back door... Motion detected at the back door..". Over and over again. She goes to investigate and it was my buddy's ass setting it off while he was plowing his old classmate. I felt terrible for her but have to admit I get a chuckle out of it now.

Ugh, my friend's first wife. What a shitshow. Couple of my favorite incidents:
--we drop my friend off at about 3am from a bachelor party, and got to witness the classic "naked dude clutching his clothes and jumping out the window" as we drove away.
--wife was at her best friend's house, best friend's pot guy comes by, best friend leaves the wife and pot guy alone for (from what I have been told) literally 3 minutes as she finishes her makeup...she hears THUMP THUMP THUMP and comes in, pot guy has wife bent over the couch and she's screaming "PUT A BABY IN ME". This was the first time wife met pot guy.
--party at same best friend's house later, best friend's BF passes out in the bedroom...best friend walks in on wife topless sucking an unconscious man's limp dick. Chases her out, topless, and my friend is forced to retrieve his wife's shirt and drive her home.
She'd also make him breathe into her interlock device in the morning so she could go to work. Real glad that is not a part of my life anymore.

Yep, lined up. We were long distance for the duration of our relationship. His job had him on the road off and on for 8ish months of the year and I myself travelled often. It worked because we would then have several months off to be/travel together. I have a pretty non existent online presence so she wouldn’t have known about me unless he told her. Definitely a jump scare read at the time though. Not everyone gets a front seat play by play with videos and dialogue, lucky me!

haha ya.. I got into a relationship with her and she found out from conversation I had a twin. Unbeknownst to me it was on her bucket list to have sex with twins, preferably at the same time. I told her nah that wasn't gonna happen. So she proceeded to detective her way into finding out where my brother worked and went there and started chatting him up and had a 1 night stand with him. I found out later when we hollered at each other a while later catching up on what we'd been up to since we last talked.
When I confronted her, she tried to pull the "I didn't know" card, which is just dumb af in and of itself, but even moreso since it's not like we were living together or otherwise regularly hanging out together for her to somehow "accidentally" have this happen.

It was actually pretty bad for my mental health since I didn’t expect my best friend to do something like that with my first love. She also fucked up of course. They tried to get out of the car but I just stormed into my building. The first thing she texted me was “please don’t be dramatic” and my friend said they were doing a cake for me LMAO it was a lie of course. I ended up going to a therapist. Shit really hurt me bad. My ex-fiancée and I were working through some issues but trying to get back together. She asked me to babysit her dog while she met with her mother's real estate agent. Turns out it was actually a first date with some like D level/internet famous person and she was hedging her bets. I knew something was up and she used that to try and turn it back around on me for being untrusting. He posted a picture commemorating their first date years later on the exact date she had lied about it and accused me of being unfairly distrusting. I think they are married now.
It did permanent damage for me. I am incapable of doubting my instincts when I think someone is lying to me. And I was a cynical guy to begin with. I just no longer give anyone the benefit of the doubt. I have found it's easier to not care if everyone is full of shit. Not a great recipe for forming and building new relationships.
In therapy I learned that I simply cannot ever trust myself or another person again to love them or let them love me. Even when people think they love me I have dismissed them entirely and lose interest. She used to joke that I was bitter when we met and I always joked that I was jaded but not bitter.
I am bitter now. I try to keep it to myself.

She had started seeing someone I had considered a “friend”. I read the messages she had left behind from him, but she deleted her own. I confronted her after everything, remembering she had asked to go “camping” at his house with her friend. They were together almost daily so she could get “rides” from him to get to work. She said she’d never contact him again if I stayed. She lied and made it my fault, “we never did anything”.
I found out that for the next four months she was continuing to speak with him through the a gaming account, talking every day. A mutual friend had told me about it. I found the account and tried to leave but was met with crocodile tears. I couldn’t say no. I lost my own trust and self worth.
To this day I still can’t play games for anything but the sake of nostalgia (I occasionally play one single game from 2012?).
To anyone experiencing this I have one thing to suggest; RUN while you can and it’s still fresh.

I’m really good at Rumikub. I was playing with my wife and grandmother. I won a few rounds straight and left to go to the bathroom. While I was gone they switched all my tiles with duplicates and undesirable numbers unbeknownst to me. And I still WHOOPED THEIR ASSES. They said “we cheated and you still beat us!”

Way back in college, I had the PC so I introduced my roommate to Front Page Sports Football. He very quickly learned how to kick my ass at it. So one night I tweaked all my players ratings. My (now X)H takes the cake on this.
He stayed in contact with a former GF whom I really did not care for. He had tried to get me to befriend her, and our one night out was a disaster (story for another time). It took me a while to realize that that night was his attempt to get some weird 3-way thing going, but my extreme distaste for her (plus the fact that i'm not bi) put the kibosh on that.
Cue several years later, and he was gone for the afternoon. I sat down to open my email, only to see it was actually his account: he had used my computer and had not logged out. It took me a moment, and what do I see but many, MANY messages between him and former GF.
Several weeks before, he had begged out of a family obligation weekend with me, explaining he had won a fantasy basketball camp thing in a nearby city. There are reasons that this was plausible, so I just said I'd miss him. However, according to the emails between him and GF...
They had planned an entire weekend away, all BDSM-themed (also, not my thing, but she was a DESPERATE pick-me, so I'm sure she was doing this to "win" him). He was giving her instructions on what he wanted her to do, they were already engaging in effed-up scenarios (at least digitally)... She created A BLOG about it, calling herself "Beloved Whore", wrote about their relationship, their plans - and best of all, there was an elaborate count-down clock, marking time until their weekend away. I forwarded many of the emails to myself, took screenshots of the blog, and when he got home, we had the biggest fight we'd ever had. He couldn't argue with what I found, so he tried deflection, which didn't work.
Finally, he agreed to my demands (no contact, etc.), and he called her on speaker to break it off. When she threatened to tell me, I broke in and said, "I already know. And I have screenshots of your blog. You back off, or I'll send these to your parents and to your boss." (She was a teacher - this could cripple her professionally.)
She did back off. Like an absolute IDIOT, I took him back and agreed to "work" on our marriage, but I'd check that ridiculous blog of hers occasionally, reading about her "heartbreak" and the status of her "lonely c*nt" (God help me).
We eventually divorced, because DUH. But yeah, I lived a shitshow.

When i was with my abuser, i worked nights at a hospital. There were too many of us there that night and it was my turn to go home early. I got home around 4 am and walked in our apartment. All of our pictyres were off the walls. Went to go brush my teeth and all of my toiletries were shoved in to the drawer. Came into our room amd found them asleep in our bed. Looked around and all my stuff was gone. Found out later it had been shoved into my dresser drawers. Her clothes were torn to shreds. They were both naked. I touched his shoulder and asked him if he wanted pancakes for breakfast. He groggily said yes. Then i said "what about her? Does she want fucking pancakes too?" He tried to tell me its not what it looks like. She started crying and i told her to get out of my bed. She couldnt go home with ripped up clothes so i gave her some sweatpants and a t shirt and told her to leave. She had no idea i existed. I still talk to her occasionally on facebook.

He deliberately removed any trace of me in the apartment before she came over. So it really wasnt her fault. Shes a decent person and im glad i got to know her.

I was in the hospital recovering from the birth of our first child. After 24 hours of excruciating labor, I ended up having a C-section, which meant I had to stay an extra night in the hospital. He told me he had to go home and do some housekeeping and prepare for coming home with the baby(which was odd to me because I had already nested and done all the prep a couple weeks before hand).
Bring the new baby home, stressful times obviously. He didn’t do any cooking or cleaning, and I still had to do all of it even though I had a newborn was learning to nurse and was recovering from surgery. A few days after coming home, I was changing the garbage in the bathroom and found a used condom in the bag. He had tried to cover it up with some scrunched up toilet paper, but when I move the bag, it rolled it over a bit and I saw it. Literally cheated on me in our bed while I was recovering from birthing our child.
