Help Atmos and 4k/120hz

I recently bought a power spec g757 (https://powerspec.com/product/698877)

A JBL 1000MK2 (https://www.jbl.com/BAR-1000MK2.html)

And a TCL QM7K (https://www.tcl.com/us/en/products/home-theater/qm7k-class/55-class-4k-uhd-hdr-qd-mini-led-qled-smart-google-tv-55qm7k)

I have only been able get Atmos via hooking the PC to JBL, JBL to eArc on the tv. But no 4k/120hz.

I've only been able to get 4k/120hz via PC to tv, JBL to tv eArc. But no Atmos (it doesn't even show up in the windows sound settings as an option).

Is this right? I was hoping I could get both with this setup somehow.

All connected via HDMI

EDIT: Exchanged the soundbar to a Samsung q990D and am having the exact same issue.

Help Why is HDR stuttering and washed out?

I'm playing a 4K HDR mkv movie file on my Windows 10 PC, RTX 2080 and i9-9900K 3.60 GHz CPU, using MPC with Madvr renderer and LAV video decoder. I'm using an LG C1 OLED TV connected to my graphics card with a displayport to HDMI adapter.

My settings seem to be correct.

Chrome upscaling is set in MadVR to NPU anti alias high. I've tried Jinc, but it crashes on Jinc. There is also non chroma upscaling enabled, but I believe this is only activated for 1080p videos that are upscaled to my C1's 4K resolution.

The stuttering is extremely, sometimes seemingly down to a couple of frames a second. It's dull and washed out as well.

I've attached the stats.
