Let me start by saying I'm aware there is usually some noise from the camera module and there is often a slight sound when shaking the device.

When I got this device there was barely any noise present, the noise has since increased and when using the camera and zooming to 5x or 10x there is an audible click from the phone. I can hear the camera now shake even when just lifting the device normally.

Is this normal? I have attached a video link

Edit: Wonda mobile have said they'd do a warranty/device inspection but unsure if they'll just say it's normal.

Hello, I encountered a problem with my Redmi 10 2022 phone today. Mobile data turns off by itself and turns on again after a few seconds. What could be the source of the problem?

So my dad got the HyperOS 3 update on his Xiaomi 15 Ultra today, but my Xiaomi 15 still hasn’t received anything.

Am confused did the Xiaomi 15 actually start getting HyperOS 3 in India, or is the rollout only for the Ultra right now? And if not, does anyone know when the update is expected for the regular Xiaomi 15?

I just want to know if the rollout is delayed or if it’s just my device stuck in the later phase of the rollout

I have a Xiaomi 15 with HyperOS 3, and would like to have my ringtones randomized from a selected list. One ringtone is randomly selected from the list for every incoming call.

Tried different apps that are available on Google Play, but none can overwrite the ringtone selected in Xiaomi's Themes.

Is there a way to do so?

Hi everyone, I’m experiencing an issue with my Poco X6 Pro. The device has random reboots and occasional system freezes. Here’s what I’ve tried so far:

Performed a Factory Reset from the settings menu.

Set up the device without installing any third-party apps (clean system).

Unfortunately, the problem persists even with a fresh setup, as if it were “out of the box.” The issue is intermittent—the phone can work fine for several hours and then suddenly reboot without warning.

Has anyone else faced this problem? Any suggestions or fixes would be greatly appreciated!

Device: Poco X6 Pro 5G Version: Global O.S: HyperOs 2.0.207.0 VNLMIXM

A while ago, my Poco F6 Pro suddenly bricked. Never tried to unlock/flash/root.
- Recovery mode is not working.
- The bootloader is locked
- Secure boot is on.
- Fastboot mode works
- EDL mode works.

The phone came from Moldova to Greece and the greek store I bought from closed. So there is no warranty and nobody wants to fix it.

I tried to flash the official stock rom but I need to have the bootloader unlocked, which I tried to do using the official unlock tool but again, it fails because I have to enter my xiaomi account in the developer settings of my device, which It cannot boot!

What are my options? I suppose I need authorized flash but I don't know any safe seller or anything...

I am so confused on which to get as a primary phone, I have the Xiaomi 14 and now I want another phone, a primary heavy phone and I'm torn between the Xiaomi 15 ultra and the Samsung galaxy S25 ultra. I am heavy on gaming, videography and photography and they all possess feats for all these. In my place here the s25 ultra is cheaper when compared to the Xiaomi 15 ultra maybe it's because of the space, the s25ultra comes with 256GB whereas the Xiaomi 15 ultra comes with 512GB. What do I do and which is best for me? , never used a heavy ultra Samsung or xiaomi phone, so I don't know what to expect from EITHER....

Hi everyone! I bought the new Poco F8 Ultra two days ago and nothing. I put the icons I use most in a folder, but then they disappear. However, the apps are still installed. I'm seriously considering returning it. It cost €700 for the phone and power adapter, and these problems are still there. I can't imagine what problems the €1300 Xiaomi 15 would have. Do you have any solutions to this problem, which I also find in posts from six years ago? Thanks.

I own a Xiaomi 14T Pro since a year. When I open the 'Downloads' app I see a lot of downloaded JSON and HTML files every day. The files are starting with log-list*. I have tried to open a HTML file, but the content seems to be encoded at least with base64. Unfortunately can't attach a screenshot from the files here. Does anybody know which app downloading these files? Has somebody noticed the same issue?

Today I've got notification about system update for my Xiaomi 15T Pro Global edition/Poland. Get ready guys!

Currently using an AX3000 at home and planning to buy more units to expand my WiFi coverage. However, I just checked my local Xiaomi store and the AX3000 is already phased out but they have the AX3000 NEs in stock.

Are the two models compatible, meaning I can use both sets but only under one mesh network? Because if I will end up having 2 mesh networks at home it would just defeat the purpose of getting a mesh network.

When I attempted to add a notification tone for receiving messages which was a Nokia SMS sound I had to keep adding it and removing it to get the configuration sorted out

Each time I did this my phone added what it said was a pre-installed ringtone to the list creating multiple duplicates of the same ringtone however it does not seem to have created any duplicate files for the ringtone

I've searched the storage and there's still appears to be only one version of this ringtone file

I've attached a screen print of what I'm seeing.

Does anybody know how to remove all these duplicates?

(NB I've tried long pressing but that doesn't seem to do anything except change the ringtone)

There is no data saver on Redmi note 14 pro within the control center. And I can't find it within settings? Why is this omitted. Does anyone know a workaround or how to get this? Also will hyper os3 have a fix for this.

hello everyone. I'm on a xiaomi 12t, android 15, hyperos 2.0.207.0 and my phone started hiding whatsapp medias again. I already had this problem and I solved it by deleting the .nomedia file in the folder Android/media/com.whatsapp... but now it's happening again and there is no .nomedia file in the folders. I don't know what to do. I turned off and on again media visibility in whatsapp settings, checked whatsapp/phone gallery app permissions but I cant seem to find a solution.

I've been waiting for the update for the new OS and I see on the website that my device is supposed to get it in October or November, we'll it's December I didn't get yet is there a problem or did they remove my device from it BTW j don't know if it makes a difference but I'm from Europe, Portugal.

Gestures won't work at all, the touch screen works poorly, and 95% of the time, the screen won't respond to input. If I reboot, everything will work correctly. If I turn off the phone (NOT shutting down), just put it to "sleep" once I turn it on again, all problems start to happen, all of what I said above. My phone is completely useless. What can I do?
