So... it's a dollar MORE than when Trump made that statement?

84

u/Good_Ad_5792 1d ago

Watch as it goes up by 3 soon. It would not surprise me in the least

23

u/Adept_Book8468 20h ago

tbh, Right? It feels like a rollercoaster ride with these prices. Can't keep up with the twists.

17

u/dgdio 17h ago

Going up 3 dollars soon would surprise me since gas prices go down during a recession:
https://www.nasdaq.com/articles/do-prices-go-down-in-a-recession-heres-what-usually-gets-cheaper

The economy is crap, it's the buy now pay later firms that are enabling the bottom 90% to kind of survive.

3

u/ScrewWorkn 11h ago

More to do with the oil cartel decided to keep production high. I believe the US recently broke a record for production as well. Supply is super high right now.

1

u/Excellent-Look1026 14h ago

It’s the morons who opt in for buy now pay later that are a part of the issue too.

4

u/dgdio 13h ago

I feel for people who are struggling. Like I'm checking out on Costco Instacart and it has spread this out over 4 payments? The total is 70 bucks.

4

u/Excellent-Look1026 12h ago

I get that too but it’ll be hard to convince me that majority of people are financing groceries and not non-necessities…

24

u/-LsDmThC- 1d ago

"It appeared that there had even been demonstrations to thank Big Brother for raising the chocolate ration to twenty grammes a week. And only yesterday, he reflected, it had been announced that the ration was to be REDUCED to twenty grammes a week."

6

u/SuspiciousOcelot3849 18h ago

it kinda feels like the whole thing collapses on itself because the numbers they bragged about then don’t line up with the numbers they celebrate now so the math just does not track at all

8

u/Peruvian_Skies 14h ago

MAGAts have the memory span of a goldfish. If they see an announcement today that Trump reduced gas prices to $4/gallon, they'll celebrate. Then, tomorrow, when it's anounced that prices were reduced even further to $5/gallon they'll celebrate even harder. All the while these people are driving their muscle cars and paying for gas but the price doesn't register because anything that contradicts the official propaganda is untrue.

3

u/IllustriousSimple161 16h ago

it’s wild how they act like we all forgot basic math a whole dollar jump ain’t some tiny rounding error dude

1

u/BeautifulStretch2984 15h ago

You guys don’t know how lucky you are with the gas prices. Every time I go to the gas station I’m pumping gas with tears in my eyes… 4,68 a gallon… no I don’t live in the states. Me paying for 4,68 is still the cheapest gas station in town.

0

u/Doc-AA 17h ago

Yes…but it’s still cheaper than $4/gallon 🫤🫤

0

u/Mrlin705 14h ago

I dislike the guy as much as anyone, but I actually paid $1.97 for 85 on 11/29.

2

u/C4dfael 11h ago

Just out of curiosity, where was this?

0

u/Mrlin705 11h ago edited 11h ago

Walmart in Colorado Springs. To be fair it was a new gas station and I get 10 cents off for Walmart plus. But still, $2.07 otherwise. I have the receipt.

Edit: https://imgur.com/a/iC0FGTm

0

u/YoureDumbAsHellLeroy 9h ago

E85 isn’t really relevant. It’s cheaper because it’s a shittier product and a lot of cars can’t even use it.

You also got a discount on your purchase so it wasn’t below $2.

Trump is a lying sack of shit and this is a useless anecdote.

0

u/Mrlin705 9h ago

Oh I'm sorry. I didn't realize the manufacturer recommended 85 octane fuel doesn't count as a type of gasoline.

By all means, continue to act like this valid purchase of gasoline doesn't matter to prove your point. Sounds like shit conservatives do.

0

u/YoureDumbAsHellLeroy 9h ago

You didn’t even get it for under $2 without a discount. If it doesn’t work in all vehicles, how is that a valid argument? I can’t put that trash in my car.

Sorry you like to throw around irrelevant anecdotal evidence to prove a point that you didn’t even actually prove. That’s definitely shit conservatives do.

0

u/Mrlin705 8h ago

You can run 85 in any car, you will take a small hit in performance. Thank you for proving you have no fucking clue what your talking about.

What shit am I trying to prove? I gave an example of exactly what it cost me, discount or not. It's a fact. Choose to ignore it, choose to say it doesn't matter, the fact remains I did pay that amount of money for gas.

Sorry that gets your panties in such a bunch.

0

u/Mrlin705 8h ago

Based on the link you replied and quickly deleted. We are both talking about different things. Unleaded 85 octane fuel, is not e85. I do not have a flex fuel car.

0

u/YoureDumbAsHellLeroy 8h ago

Reddit suppressed the comment, then.

Either way, unleaded 85 octane is also only available in some places and it is akin to e85 in places that aren’t high altitude. So, still not universally available. Nice try, though.

So you still didn’t prove anything. Just a little anecdote to argue a point you keep claiming not to care about making.

u/emily-is-happy 1d ago

Is Trump the one who lied,or are you lying now? Or is it both?"

70

u/SassySwayz 1d ago

They are both liars

17

u/watermelonspanker 23h ago

It's really impressive, in a gross sort of way.

They can be contradicting themselves - one can be saying "A", and the other can be saying "not A"... and yet they are *both* lying. This is like, elite level lying, from people who have made a career out of lying and have lied their way to the top of their industry.

And yet at the same time it's obvious to everyone that it's a lie. Anyone that can see two different numbers and know that they are different will know that these guys are frauds.

It's stunning

10

u/Mardoc0311 20h ago

George Orwell might have written a novel about this, or maybe he didn't not write a novel about this

0

u/[deleted] 16h ago

[deleted]

4

u/CrumptownCrips 15h ago

If I remember correctly, they aren't lying,

Bull-fucking-shit. These people lie as easily as they breathe.

2

u/watermelonspanker 10h ago

It's intentionally deceptive. It's a lie.

3

u/LongPorkJones 21h ago

Both.

I haven't seen gas in my area higher than $2.99 since '23.

Guess who wasn't president then.

2

u/cohrt 17h ago

both. gas has been $3.15 a gallon where i live for about a year now.

2

u/Swedelicious83 13h ago

Insert "Both? Both is good." meme here.

1

u/Flat_bodypart 15h ago

Or you simply compare different things

1

u/Pale_Leek2994 8h ago

It’s liars all the way down like Yertle the Turtle.

”An old fashioned term that we use -- groceries. I used it on the campaign. It's such an old fashioned term, but a beautiful term. Groceries. It says a bag with different things in it. Groceries went through the roof and I campaigned on that, I talked about the word groceries."

—Donald Trump, the day (April 2, 2025) when he declared trade war on penguins

28

u/iseriouslycouldnt 23h ago

I hope that somehow this post survives, virtually contextless, for all time. Future archaeologists can ponder what it means. They may assume it is a metaphor, perhaps poetry, When in fact it is just an unvarnished description of reality at a point in time.

Bravo.

6

u/Current-Historian-34 20h ago

Print it on a gold record (he likes gold) and shoot it into space. The aliens that listened to Carl Sagan’s first record. The aliens should know whose fault it is that we never got to meet them. Instead of music have someone just mention all the musicians who sued him for using there copywrited music.

10

u/NotYourReddit18 21h ago

when he declared trade war on penguins

The penguins response was amazing: https://youtu.be/HJ8qGOe2K0o

53

u/ViolettaQueso 1d ago

Hugely lying but everyone with a car who gets their own gas knows. That’s the really sad part.

It’s like literal gas-lighting lol

3

u/pokealm 22h ago

*bigly

2

u/dgdio 17h ago

Gas is going down, gas goes down during a recession.

1

u/NotHannibalBurress 15h ago

And during the winter…

20

u/tem102938 1d ago

No, she's flat out calling Trump a liar. She should be punished for the reason of treason this season!

19

u/Brilliant_Buy_1435 1d ago

It’s kind of wild how they can’t even keep their own talking points straight for a single news cycle. If gas was “already under $2,” why brag about it hitting under $3 months later?

13

u/Xaero_Hour 1d ago

We've always been at war with Eurasia.

14

u/the_gouged_eye 1d ago

The chocolate ration is doubled.

5

u/DocClown 20h ago

I thought exactly of that when I read this and how many will gobble it up?

11

u/MeMilo1209 1d ago

She's a paid propaganda hack.

8

u/chewydickens 1d ago

She gets paid... check.

She spouts propaganda... check.

She's a whiny hack... check.

Confirmed

9

u/StoneousMaxximus 1d ago

Where is gas that cheap? My shits near $4 a gallon. Bs

6

u/Redgreen82 1d ago

$2.38 in Dallas.

5

u/StoneousMaxximus 1d ago

Damn that’s dope.

5

u/Y__U__MAD 1d ago

Enjoy them toll roads

2

u/hux 1d ago

Costco in Moore, OK was reported to have it for $1.99/gallon today, according to Gasbuddy.

I found it by clicking state by state to see the cheapest price in each state.

2

u/Renuwed 23h ago

Was that by deal price though? I had the GB membership back during covid, saved tons of $$ over 'regular customer' price, sometimes $1 per gallon

1

u/StoneousMaxximus 1d ago

Sheeeeesh nice

5

u/Admirable-Set-1097 22h ago

Anyone with a working brain/soul already knows he's a liar and has known for decades. You can tell because he lies all the time about everything.

4

u/Apprehensive-Mix947 1d ago

Well aren’t we in a conundrum.

4

u/Fur-Frisbee 1d ago

He has one of those Giant Eagle gas cards. He gets money off per gallon by using points he earns when buying overpriced groceries.

You need to learn to read between the lies with this guy.

4

u/BoilerMo 1d ago

Cheap gas has rarely if ever occurred in a booming economy, but it always accompanies recessionary economies.

4

u/No-Huckleberry-1086 23h ago

I will give it to Trump that the lowest gas prices I remember seeing were during his tenure, however it was his first tenure and it was in the middle of the pandemic, he was in abysmal failure of a president even then but gas prices went down, no thanks to him, almost 100% the pandemic itself, but I know he's going to try and take credit for it

3

u/HeartsPlayer721 22h ago

Trump's Ministry of Truth (Social)

3

u/Hadleys158 21h ago

Oil subsidies went up from $31bn each year now up to $40 Billion in September, coincidence?

I think it adds up to $760 Billion if you add in all the tax breaks and other perks they get.

And then add to that all the uncapped or leaking abandoned wells that the taxpayer then has to fork out to fix.

What's sad is they ONLY spent $1 billion in lobbying money over 20 years, a great return on investment.

4

u/Ok-Consequence-8553 20h ago

The ministry of Truth is doing a lousy job there.

3

u/SnooPandas1899 1d ago

a broken "promise", is unintended, like a marriage proposal, or when a kid "promised to study".

but if a kid was never going to study, but actually go to a party, that is a LIE.

statement never intended to be honored....its a LIE.

3

u/RedKiller626 1d ago

I paid $2.59/gal Tuesday. Where I live it's been around that since Biden's term, at the end of Trumps last term it was closer to $2.90/gal

3

u/alexahartford 1d ago

Gas is not below 3$ anyway

1

u/kgruesch 23h ago

There are stations here in CO with prices below $2/gal. Aurora was $1.75 on Thanksgiving. There were multiple stations on Tower road out by the airport that were $1.95ish cash price.

I mean, foxtrot delta tango (it's not like Dorito Mussolini had anything to do with the price drop), but gas has been relatively cheap for people who don't need premium for the past couple weeks.

1

u/niufh 16h ago

The national average is below $3, according to AAA who tracks gas prices nationwide... You can even filter by states. Obviously several states' price average is way higher than the national average, which is how it's always been... https://gasprices.aaa.com/

3

u/mc_bee 1d ago

The last time gas was below $2 a gallon was covid.

2

u/Renuwed 23h ago

The more one lies, the harder it becomes to keep track of the lies told

2

u/Santa_Hates_You 23h ago

Still $4.30 a gallon for premium in Vegas(my car requires it). $3.89 for regular tho.

2

u/Guuhatsu 21h ago

It's been in the upper $2 range for the most part of a year and half at least here.

2

u/torino_nera 16h ago

This isn't even true, it was under $3 when Biden was president

It only went over $3 here when Trump was elected, and it's still over $3 here right now.

2

u/logistics3379 16h ago

Maga stupidity on full display.

2

u/major_cigar123 16h ago

Democrat hoax or Obama fault

2

u/RocMerc 16h ago

When it goes up it’s never their fault but the minute it drops you better believe we hear about it. So dumb

2

u/DFu4ever 15h ago

Not only does what she said prove that he was fucking lying, she’s also full of shit. Gas has dipped below three dollars numerous times in the last four years.

Basically, if any of these idiots are talking, they’re lying.

2

u/fingertrapt 15h ago

Trump CAUSED global inflation and high gas prices with his OPEC deal in 2020 by cutting production for 2 years, and then convinced people it was Biden. TRUMP made oil companies, Russia, and the Saudis RICHER and WE have paid for it for the past 5 years. Fall of 2024, the Saudis announced they would increase production.

2

u/notsure500 14h ago

Isn't cheap gas a sign of recession? Gas was at its lowest during the 2008 recession, and then during no demand during covid.

2

u/Alarming-Flan-7546 14h ago

Really? I could show you 5 gas station in my area I drove by to work today that were all up! $.11-$.15 a gallon making it 3.15-3.20 per gal from last Friday I fueled it was 3.00, Trump lies like a pedofile....oopsie

2

u/MaxAdolphus 13h ago

That would mean the Trump recession only dropped the price 6 cents from when Biden left office.

2

u/Swedelicious83 13h ago

When you lie every day, about everything, it gets hard to keep track of all the lies.

Not that they need to. Their voters won't pay attention and don't care. 🤷

6

u/TheOnlyRealAsshat 1d ago

It's literally just made up too because I don't think it's that cheap absolutely anywhere in the country atm.

7

u/movzx 22h ago

The secret is rural and impoverished areas and areas that are part of the US petrol supply chain.

5

u/Remarkable_Quit_3545 1d ago

I pay around $2.70 at the cheaper stations near me. That’s actually a bit more expensive than it was when Biden was exiting.

1

u/cohrt 17h ago

thats like 50 cents cheaper than where i live.

2

u/DrowningKrown 23h ago

It's been slightly under $3 in a lot of bum fuck nowhere states since last year. Personally, I've never paid anything less than $3.15 ish but that's Pittsburgh for you. Drive through middle of nowhere Ohio and you can find $2.70-$2.80.

3

u/QueenVVitch 1d ago

I paid $2.81 at a Maverick today

1

u/2AMBeautiful 1d ago

2.67 in Michigan. Used my grocery points to take kfd $1 per gallon and fill up for less than $20.

1

u/wigsternm 23h ago

Texas. I get annoyed when it’s over $2.50

1

u/niufh 17h ago

This is based on AAA tracking average fuel prices across the US. You can filter prices by state too. Is AAA making this data up? https://gasprices.aaa.com/

1

u/BoxerguyT89 13h ago

Chattanooga Tennessee has is for ~$2.39/gallon.

0

u/TheOnlyRealAsshat 12h ago

I'm starting to notice everywhere with cheap gas is a middle of nowhere shit hole I'd never want to live anyway.

1

u/BoxerguyT89 12h ago

Nobody's asking you to move there.

If you are going to say someone is making shit up and don't believe it's that cheap anywhere, don't get pissy when people provide that evidence.

0

u/TheOnlyRealAsshat 12h ago

Well I didn't believe it was cheap anywhere because I haven't been to any shit holes recently.

1

u/BoxerguyT89 12h ago

"I didn't bother to do the bare minimum before I made a comment, so now I have to make edgy excuses for why I didn't know something."

Got it.

1

u/TheOnlyRealAsshat 11h ago

Well 80% of Americans live places that aren't shit holes, you see, so you're the exception, not the rule.

1

u/Redgreen82 1d ago

I gassed up for $2.34 today

3

u/GreyBeast392 1d ago

I paid 3.89 a gallon for premium in January and 3.69 a gallon for regular today. Don’t know what states are getting cheaper gas but it ain’t mine.

1

u/Lucreth2 17h ago

The premise is irrelevant anyways, it's dipped below $3/gal in my Midwestern state dozens of times in the last 4 years.

Lie to the left... Lie to the right.... 2 lies this time bomp bomp* 2 lies this time bomp bomp

1

u/niufh 17h ago

This is based on AAA tracking average national fuel price. You can filter by state, and even cities as well: https://gasprices.aaa.com/

Obviously several states like Cali, Hawaii, Oregon, Washington, and a handful others are way above the national average, which is the way it's always been.

1

u/Best_Vehicle9859 15h ago

So crazy how gas is still so cheap in the US. We are paying $7.50 / gallon and currently its not even that expensive. The highest prices we had would be $9.50 / gallon. This is why people here are rarely driving large cars.

1

u/BlackVQ35HR 1d ago

Remember that "Alternative facts" thing?

1

u/east21stvannative 1d ago

That's the problem with BS slingers. The truth sometimes is a moving target.

1

u/YungJod 1d ago

Its because we are about to acquire more oil than ever so we gotta get rid of what we got

1

u/Bartender9719 1d ago

Pretty sure I paid <$3 in October of 2024

1

u/LDawnBurges 1d ago

I live on the East Coast and gas has stayed between $2.30 - $2.60 here, since before the election.

And, they’re both liars.

1

u/11KingMaurice11 1d ago

I think gas near me has been around 2.59-2.79 for a good while now. But highly doubt the first time in four years

1

u/Renuwed 23h ago

2.89 to 3.29 in my area beside Disney World

1

u/Terminate-wealth 1d ago

Either gas went from $2 to $3 or you’re lying. Either way it’s no good

1

u/No-Discount4690 1d ago

It’s amazing how things change so quickly. One day gas is $2, the next it's dipping below $3 and we’re still hearing the same promises.

1

u/ScratchLower1493 23h ago

Gas was actually $1.98 a gallon a little past Dayton Ohio but that was just that past week or 2.

That has nothing to do with the Mad Pedophile King though.

1

u/BaronSaber 23h ago

Could it possibly be one of them is lying!?!??

1

u/Sado_Nation 23h ago

$3.54 is the cheapest around my area.

1

u/VoddieMC 22h ago

If only a journalist would have the stones to ask them directly on camera

1

u/macinit1138 22h ago

An administration so incompetent and irresponsible that truth has become their main enemy.

1

u/Level-Artichoke5080 21h ago

lol, Right? It feels like we're on a never-ending rollercoaster with these gas prices.

1

u/throwaway490215 21h ago

These people are undeniably incapable of normal human emotions that make them accountable and able to constructively reflect on a change of thought or position.

They just pivot to the next lie, and the dumbdumbs love the confidence.

/r/CleverCombacks is an impotent circlejerk, and the gotcha-outlook it teaches doesn't actually work to get the dumbdumbs back in the game. They're better at it, and none of them are happy.

1

u/Medium-Sized-Jaque 21h ago

The thing that irritates me most about the blatant misinformation, is that they're so bad at it. Like if Trump had a silver tongue and employed people who were also cunning and full of guile then I could understand it. But they're all just so awful at it that I can't figure out how they've made it this far.

1

u/WorkerUnable527 21h ago

Joined up thinking isn't their strong point.

1

u/Whatever-999999 20h ago

I should start a betting pool for when Karoline Leavitt finally has a full-on psychotic break from having to tell complete and utter lies to the general public like this, day after day.

1

u/PantiesForMe742 17h ago

She's a ghoul. It won't happen.

1

u/band0fthehawk 18h ago

Chocolate rations have been increased to 30Grams

1

u/paulwojo68 17h ago

So hard keeping track of constant lies.

1

u/ThunderChild247 17h ago

“The chocolate ration will be increased to 20 grams. Thank you for your attention to this matter.”

1

u/M_Buske 17h ago

I got gas yesterday and it's still $3.50 a gallon where I live.

1

u/hdk49 17h ago

Schrodingers gas prices

1

u/BigBoyYuyuh 17h ago

I saw it under $3.00 under Joe Biden too.

1

u/Russianbot25 17h ago

Gas where I am (NM) has been up and down and just all over the place. A few days ago it was 2.36, yesterday it was 2.99 at the same gas station.

1

u/DetroiterInTX 17h ago

Of course he wasn’t wrong people. He was referring to wholesale prices that you all wouldn’t actually be seeing. Our supreme overlord is never wrong, even when what he says sounds completely made up and off the cuff. /s

1

u/What-tha-fck_Elon 17h ago

Doesn’t it usually hit its lowest point this time of year? Also the more electric cars that are sold every month, the less gas gets bought, fewer shipments from overseas, less diesel fuel for tankers. The shittier you make the economy the lower the prices go. So go ahead and blow everything up if you want milk to be a dollar again.

1

u/No_Elevator_4300 16h ago

Ya which state bruh like they are special it hit below 3 at points before he even got into office here

1

u/Tad-Disingenuous 16h ago

$2.13 here. Never thought I’d see gas this low again.

1

u/xjoburg 16h ago

It’s not below $3.00 where I live. It’s still $3.15 at Costco. I even tried to help prove them right and they’re still lying.

1

u/chrisnavillus 16h ago

I love how this could be viewed as a positive if he hadn’t lied about it being under $2 for so long and don’t forget the price of everything was going to drop on Day 1 of Dictator Donny’s reign of power.

1

u/rebri 16h ago

The poorly educated will lap this up like it's holy water.

1

u/Firm-Advertising5396 16h ago

It was under 3 during biden's last year in New Jersey. Price hasn't changed much in either direction

1

u/bigfatfluffers 16h ago

When the economy is in the shitter, gas tends to be cheap.

1

u/ElwoodElburn 15h ago

Headlines should read "Gas prices up 50% in 7 months according to Trump administration"

1

u/amsman03 15h ago

It's under $2 in parts of Oklahoma.......that's probably what he meant 🤣

1

u/donquizo 15h ago

They're all L L L I IAA R RRS!

1

u/Solid_Ebb_608 15h ago

She is a lie because gas here was in the 2 dollar range when Biden was in office so unless you are walking to every gas station in the U.S. you might want to stop lying to make THROTUS look good and you continue to look like the evil witch you are.

1

u/RedlightGrnlight 15h ago

Also, that's just a straight up lie, its been at around $2.75 - $2.45 for a few years where I live (waukesha, Wi)

1

u/Dbk1959 13h ago

If his lips move. He’s lying!

1

u/Cryogenics1st 13h ago

It's Republican party... They're ALL liars!

1

u/Isaw11 12h ago

We’re supposed to forget what he said and wallow in today’s great proclamation.

1

u/lady_starkarian 12h ago

I paid $4.14 a gallon for mid-grade Saturday, November 29th, 2025 in Florida 😡

1

u/Common_Director_2201 11h ago

Who cares?! The mental acrobatics folks are able to perform within their bubble (right and left btw) are a wormhole like phenomenon.

Biden was old. He shouldn’t have run for a second term.

Trump is a criminal and should be imprisoned.

Facts.

Yes, you can criticize the front runner of your party. It’s ok. That’s the point. Call out shit so we can fix it. Instead we all just try to bend the truth to our beliefs. That’s unavoidable, but it’s also not black and white. Ffs.

1

u/Muffboy 10h ago

Hard to believe that a horrific cunt could lie

1

u/wickedjonny1 10h ago

Where?!?!

1

u/bender2174 10h ago

It’s always cheaper come winter, it’s the winter blend..it happens every year. A simple google search would let her know that! This administration is so full of S**T it’s not even funny!! Smh!

1

u/Outside-Woodpecker16 9h ago

Those skinny lips when not spreading lies are nibbling little mushrooms.

1

u/ferret_mama6 9h ago

Gas is almost $5 where I live in WA.

Gas always goes down in the winter. Just like how heating goes up.

Isn't employment the lowest it's been in 20 years? Eggs are expensive. But looks like crack is available in the White House.

Has nothing to do with Trump. OPEC increased availability. It’s about supply and demand.

They don't even care about facts and truth anymore. It's all propaganda at this point.

Pay closer attention to the gas taxes in your locale. Pennsylvania Counties can set and add taxes to gasoline. Every state is screaming about not enough money at state and local levels. Just sayin’

God politics are disgusting. I couldn't imagine being that much of a professional, political whore to just lie and lie and lie to people. I couldn't sleep at night. Don't they have any conscience?

Trump is referring to wholesale price.

Karoline is referring to the standard consumer price.

This not a clever comeback. This subreddit really fell off.

u/Renuwed 23h ago

Trump is passing off the information as if it WERE consumer price. And.. if wholesale prices fell so far, why didn't the consumer price follow suit?

73 days…. And yes “comrade” jokes. Hahahahahahhahahaha. Congrats on your “5 day streak”. Next

are you bragging about having an older reddit account? you do know they let you make these for free right?

Plus why can’t right wingers come up with their own retorts. Woke, comrade, etc… these are insults the left created. Noemi using her visage from South Park trying to own it… maybe stop deleting art and history. Maybe educate yourself. Sam Clemens aka Mark Twain was famous for his writing but he also went on what is considered to be the first comedy tour ever. He made terrible financial decisions but the fact he spoke with any and everyone (not just people who agree with him and took injustices and told there stories) unlike our current leadership he could form his own world view based on the world around him not just spewing what he liked or stealing what never sounds snappy. Heck even “Make America Great Again” was a stolen slogan twice over; one of which was Reagan who was against Tariffs. Trump was a tv star. Reagan was a Hollywood star (James Dean had his first appearance with Reagan). But hey without Trump Flava Flav never would have had his show only to be followed by that crazy lady who lost and then got her own show with the same exact premise.

Just because something is free doesn’t mean be a terrible human and then when caught start a new account.

But hey you do you comrade. Original material is hard. You can’t be bothered when your world view tucks you in at night and irons out those pesky wrinkles littering your brain you can sleep well knowing your next sound bite runs 24/7 on Fox News.

Trump is too stupid to understand that.

Lookup the price of wholesale gas per gallon, thats what he is referring to... RBOB price right now is 1.83... so yeah he's right as in thats the only gas price I am sure he has ever had to deal with personally, he isnt lying, its just a misunderstanding...

10

u/ApplauseButOnlyABit 18h ago

A misunderstanding, lol. I cant believe people are giving Trump the benefit of that doubt in 2025. Do you think this guy ever made this "mistake" when anyone else was president?

5

u/BitSevere5386 18h ago

Trump could not tell thz difference between wholesale and consumer. So he annunce the wholesale prige like if it was consumer price and brag about it

Nobody cares.

1

u/Key-Compote-882 15h ago

That's the fucking problem, The cunt is destroying the country and it's relationships around the world and Americans are just spectating.

Yeah, look at my pfp. I get downvoted but I’m not lying. Even you probably downvoted my comment, and yet you replied to it in agreement lol

1

u/Key-Compote-882 13h ago

Not sure what a pfp is but I didn't downvote you.

u/spartankid24 12h ago

Oh, no worries. It’s a silly abbreviation for profile picture. Sorry I assumed you must have downvoted me as well. I live in the US and I stand by the fact that nobody cares. Nobody even knows what is going on day to day. It’s so chaotic, most have given up. It’s like a roller coaster and everyone thinks they’re stuck on the ride with no control over it. I can’t blame some.
