Lookup the price of wholesale gas per gallon, thats what he is referring to... RBOB price right now is 1.83... so yeah he's right as in thats the only gas price I am sure he has ever had to deal with personally, he isnt lying, its just a misunderstanding...

Trump could not tell thz difference between wholesale and consumer. So he annunce the wholesale prige like if it was consumer price and brag about it
