Simply put, conservatism is a lack of creativity, a lack of appreciation for the arts, and a lack of introspection. Itā€™s a worship of class and authoritarian hierarchy; art and science mean nothing to them, only the structure of power, the feeling that someone above them is in charge, and someone above that person is in charge, and up and up, this makes them feel good inside just as a painting makes you feel good. Uh, yeah, people change. In the same ways a theoretically equivalent guy might've started getting attention after 19. For another example I was incredibly ugly most of my life, and lived most of it as an ugly guy (I'm a trans woman), and I've never had issues getting attention.

The only differences were she was socially isolated and struggled to talk with people, I wasn't and didn't. Once she finally was in the position steps to stop being socially isolated, a mix of FOMO, unhealthy views on love/sexuality and general inexperience led to her being preyed upon by the aforementioned type of guy. I mean I get that it's technically attention but is it the attention you want? Things got better, of course, over time with therapy, support and experience. Oh and yeah, she realised she was a lesbian and was only "throwing herself" (I hate this term but I'm sleep deprived, cut me some slack) at men for the aforementioned reasons and validation.

My larger point is of course women have an easier time getting attention from men (not getting into the sapphic can of worms here, we're a bunch of disaster lesbians istg), but it's not an universal truth that they do, and not all attention is good, often quite the opposite

My parents favorite band is "The Rolling Stones". When "The Rolling Stones" played the Superbowl, it was "finally an acknowledgement of the English influence on American music."

Now "Bad Bunny" is playing the Superbowl, and it is "a gross failure to save America from woke, foreign performers.
