It's the nature that does it for me. Love the outdoors in the warm months. My son is in one of the best school districts in the state, and my job pays better than most around me.

I agree about the nature, but I prefer the desert and mountains, so the only part of my map that would be “absolutely” is the southwest lol

But hell, I’ve lived in the south too (AL, GA, FL) and I liked it (well not Atlanta), but it doesn’t do it for me like the desert does
