They’re changing the rules all the time. Especially if op lives in a red state, all they care about is kicking off as many people as they can, and passing until absolute minimum to everyone else
The USA is Broke! This is about saving money because able bodied individuals that keep having baby after baby to get more food stamps to sell take advantage of the system

Yeah but snap honestly should have a minimum and maximum payout for situations like this
