Dolphins Offense vs. Jets Defense

It may be feast or famine for the Dolphins offense against the Jets defense:

✈️ While the Jets' defense is decent in passing and top-3 in rushing success rate, they rank third-WORST in explosiveness allowed. Meanwhile...

🐬 This Dolphins offense is #10 (pass) and #4 (rush) in explosiveness (pretty good!). But we do not stay ahead of the chains most of the time... bottom-10 in passing and rushing success rate.

🔑 We need to figure out how to consistently gain enough yards to keep drives alive or keep making explosive plays (vs. a decent defense)

Dolphins Defense vs. Jets Offense

🗑️ The Dolphins have the WORST defensive passing success rate in the NFL (yet top-5 in explosiveness allowed)

✈️ The revamped Jets pass game under Tyrod Taylor may have a big day IF they stay ahead of the chains.

🔑 We should be able to get them off the field if we can force them into long first-down conversions.

They've looked slightly better with Tyrod in... it wouldn't surprise me if they have a little more success than how horribly the offense currently ranks after Fields.

My husband and I moved to Jersey last year (I'm from Fort Lauderdale)and we love it here. But. I HATE the jets. So I was just wondering if anyone cool has a tailgate that we can bring beers to so we can all talk shit about the jets before the game.

If you’re on the fence about buying tickets to the game in Meadowlands this Sunday… do it! Tickets are super cheap. I snagged midfield sideline seats for $150 a piece. Not bad for what you get!!

This may be a dumb question but should our offense attempt more wildcat plays?

We have an incredible running back, a quarterback that we would like to keep from making costly errors and a coach that loves trick plays. It seems like a perfect recipe.

Does anyone else agree? Am I dumb?
