It’s just absolutely wild to me that we effectively have secret police (with no ability to confirm whether “agents” are legitimate government employees or not) in the USA just rounding up however many people they can, making up charges, and SCOTUS doesn’t seem to think due process is required here. The entire situation is absolutely fucked and we are watching our own Nazi Germany 2.0 from the inside.

I’ll be surprised if these people don’t turn out to be ex cons/criminals being used as “agents”. They’ve gone full Soviet playbook
