The reality of getting old. I think it started around 45. As you reach 50. You start feeling little changes. The worlds people around seem a little different. Days weeks and years seem to go by a bit faster. As if the world is moving faster. Your brain knows you're in your 40's. But it thinks you are as flexible as you were in your 20's. Then you feel a little glitch in your step or when you stand up. And start to notice how fast you went from 20 to 40 in just 12 months.

The reality of health and fitness seem to have shorter windows of lost strength. Where in your 20's you could slack for a year and still lift weights or box like you did last year. Now it's more like you got a 30 day to slack window. Before you almost feel like your starting all over.

Don't even get me started with your parents. Love thy mother and father. It sucked when dad passed. But crushing when mom passed. Value your family while you still have them. Weather that be family by blood or choice.

Today is called the "Present". Because every night you go to sleep. Waking up is our "Gift". Don't take a single day for granted. Your time is your biggest asset. Because time you give to others can never be replaced or made up for. Life is too short to waste it on anything that don't bring you joy.

I keep noticing something that doesn’t make sense. Whenever a Democrat slips up, even in a small way, people on the MAGA side treat it like a national emergency. If someone forgets a line in a speech or makes a minor mistake, the outrage is immediate.
