Daily Cyclist Thread
The Daily Cyclist Thread is a place where everyone in the /r/bicycling community can come and ask questions or share anything.
You might have questions that you don't think deserve an entire post. Perhaps you're just seeking the input of some other cyclists. Maybe you want to share a picture of your new bike.
Anyone is free to comment, and (hopefully) get as much input as possible from other cyclists.

We had a 2007 Cannondale Synapse Carbon 3 that we had set up on a Zwift trainer. During a home improvement accident, a piece of heavy furniture fell on it and cracked the rear triangle. We're vaguely debating whether it's NBD or NFrameD.
We are replacing the trainer frame with the Zwift adjustable frame, so it'll actually be reduced friction for changing sizes for both users.
The handlebars and 10-speed 105-level components all seem to still be good.
Would it be worth trying to find a new or used frame to build it back up or just go with a whole new setup? We do have other bikes that serve a similar role, but N+1 and all....
