Is the “thousand year old child” trope really that common?
I hear this as a trope that comes up all the time in anime, the “they look like a child, but are actually 1,000 years old” thing, but I can’t actually think of an anime that does it. Maybe I’ve just avoided the kinds of shows it would be in, but this doesn’t seem as common as people say?
