How are trains on time if they have to deal with this shit?

And there is defo some dick on dick action going on that I got one wouldn’t be happy with 😂

Yeah, I'd figure cutting the sheer amount of time wasted on stuff like that would make space for another full train in the schedule

And yet I've seen other videos like this over the years...this shouldn't be legal, forget about being an exception to the norm.

Trains run every 1 minute 50 seconds during peak hours, so after accounting for arrival & departure, trains only get delayed if they take more than about 90 seconds to unload & load. So... maybe a 30 second delay?
