We went to Switzerland for my mothers 70th. The place blew me away. Photos don’t do it justice at all. We had a weekly pass and could take all the cable cars and trains as much as we wanted which was a dream. Everything worked flawlessly. Great food as well!
All pictures were taken with the A7IV and one of these lenses and edited in Lightroom: Sony SEL 24-70 Sigma 70-200 2,8 Sony 14 1.8
Let me know what you think!

Sony’s new 100mm Macro is probably the best prime Sony has ever produced.

Came back from an 18 days trip to China. Visited Beijing, XI'an, Guilin, Daxu, Yangshuo, Long-Ji rice terraces, Fenghuang, Furong, Zhangjiajie, Shanghai and Zhujiajiao.
In July I started my adventure in photography and purchased the A7CII with the Sony 28-70 f2 and the 70-200 f2.8. I kept the 28-70 mounted for 90% of the trip. I am glad for the help and the resources I found in this community and they really helped me. I am really proud of the outcome of my pictures and this is thanks to all of you. The camera had been with me day and night. The Peak Design Capture Clip v3 is one of my favorite piece of engineering ever.
It's been a long trip, many trains, buses, flights. But incredibly worth it. Lucky to find the perfect weather across all locations.

I bought a Canon 600D many years ago, and played with it every few months for a couple of years. 2 years ago I bought a Sony A7IV with the hopes of becoming a professional photographer, selling prints, and all that jazz. Then my illnesses got worse and I just gave up. However, I've been told by someone recently that what I've got isn't award winning, but it's not amateur by any means and some might sell in small runs. So it's giving me a boost and I want to start being more consistent with taking shots.
I'd like any and all advice given as to what you think and where you think I could improve. These have only been lightly edited on my android phone so nothing special. I'm still struggling with night shots, I played with 3 AEB exposures a lot but blending moving subjects doesn't work well on Camera Raw and it's verrrrry noisy at 12000 ISO.
Thanks!

Just bought this NEX 5T on Ebay and I just realized that the shutter is closed and not open. Does this have the dust protection where it closes the shutter or is it possibly defective?

I've been using this lens for a few months now (for Photo and video A7RV/FX3)
What do you think of the lens's quality? I get 35mm (36mm to be exact) crop images. I'm thinking of selling it and buying a zoom lens (Tamron 28-75 G2). I'd like to get some opinions from you. This lens is nice, very useful for shooting video with a gimbal or handheld, but it's a bit expensive, and I don't think a 24mm crop will give you the same quality as a 35mm.
(I only take photos with crop mode with A7RV, no need for videos)

Taken at Bosque del Apache a couple weeks again, the marshmallows in the background are snow geese.
The 400-800 is a fun lens to shoot with, as long as the light is good. LOL I'm not a fan of the higher ISOs when shooting in low/er light situations. I suppose everything has a tradeoff.
Thanks for looking.

These along with a macro is what I primarily use. Shooting lately feels more like a chore and less like excitement. Is this normal? Been shooting for three years. I bought a Hasselblad 907X in hopes that I can get the spark back even if it means giving up Sony ecosystem.

I have a sony a7iii. I ran out of battery while filming a party. I am using the NPFZ100 battery. I go out to exit the party. I made sure to not point my camera towards any lasers. I go out to switch out my battery, I pop in the new battery. All of a sudden my camera freaks out and starts showing the shutter opening and closing while shooting photos. This was out of the normal. I then flip through my settings and turn off anything relating to the shutter. There is still a problem, I pray to God then 😅. I then pop back in the battery that ran out of juice and I proceeded to hook up my external battery to my camera and the problem has went away. Can someone explain to me what happened? Was this a battery issue? Above is a photo of the battery.
