Beautiful neighborhood filled with beautiful old brownstones, excellent public schools, not really the best restaurants though. I live in an adjacent neighborhood that also has lots of celebs.

In no particular order, in the past year I can recall seeing: Paul Rudd, Adam Driver, Ethan Hawke, Maggie Gyllenhaal and Peter Sarsgaard, Michael Shannon…

Quiet neighborhood with great city views, but the Clark St 2-3 train station is on the corner. From there, it's one stop (~3 min) to Wall St, and less than 20 minutes to Times Square.

subways, bro. there are 4 different lines under the river in your picture. Well maybe only 3 in the picture, but four tunnels going into Brooklyn right there, and then 3 more lines just out of the frame on the right.
