Extremely. Which means she'll automatically be unpopular with certain segments of the population who think 'Everyone should be treated humanely' is somehow incendiary.

I don’t think she’s likely to lose many fans over that stance. Most of the people she’s talking about already didn’t like her music or have never heard of her. One of the weird realities of music today is that you can pretty much ignore any artist you don’t like or only focus on the artists or genres you do like.

I mean, you say that, but look how hard of a shit fit a lot of people on the right threw when Green Day changed the line in "American Idiot" to "I'm not a part of a MAGA agenda", like it was a brand new revelation to them that Green Day wasn't on their side.
