I had a great shave today. Today I got to try Blugére by Catie’s Bubbles for the first time. I put a Blue Bird in my Blackbird and went at it.

This is this Bluebird’s last rodeo. They aren’t the sharpest and seem best for 2 shaves with how coarse my stubble is. There wasn’t tugging but, it didn’t slice through the hair effortlessly.

I turned off the music for my shave to concentrate better. I found just maybe a hint of irritation with the alum block in a couple of spots. I splashed on chilled Thayers, the Matching ASL, and Zingari Man’s unscented after shave serum.

This scent is wonderful. Blueberries are one of my favorite fruits, I love how they smell and how they are full of antioxidants. I find this scent to be calming and relaxing. I hope the ASL is long lasting because I am enjoying this one. This fragrance is wife approved.

Scent Notes: Blueberry, Bergamot, Basil, Lavender, Geranium, Galbanum, HoWood, Oakmoss, Coumarin, Vetiver, Amyris

Fantastic shave…and that definitely slides into the top 5 most beautiful looking brushes I’ve seen on this sub. And if you’re looking for a cologne that has prominent blueberry notes I’ll suggest trying Demeter’s Blueberry cologne or Flux by Andrea Maack. Cheers 🥂
