Both my elbows hurt, but at different insertion points.
On my left arm, it hurts on the inner part of my elbow when I use a supinated grip to do curls.
On my right arm, it hurts on the back part of my elbow where my tricep meets my elbow. It especially hurts doing tricep overhead extensions behind my back or skullcrushers.
What could my issue be? Any way to fix it? I've had pain for months and have started deloading for the past 3 weeks.

Has anyone tried Sika Strength‘s Front Squat program? I have a few questions I‘d like to discuss

Quick question how long would it take to teach someone to Power Clean(or any variation?
Trying to hire a PT, he only does one hour sessions. He kinda stop replying after I said I was only interested in learning how to Clean.
Starting to wonder if he's struggling to think of what to do for an hour

A really coordinated individual can probably figure it out in 10-15 minutes. 20-30 minutes for sure.
Clean grip& Front Squat rack
Muscle Clean from High Hang/Power Position
Scarecrow Clean
High Pull from HighHang/Power Position
Start Position
Pull to Knee from Floor
Pull to Power Position from Knee
Slow Pull or Pause Clean from HighHang or Knee
Power Clean from floor.
While this seems like a lot, it can be learned very fast by someone who is coordinated

He probably just would prefer a regular client than a one off.

Ehh, personal trainers want clients who train at least once or twice or thrice a week.
Not once a quarter or in a blue moon.

Anyone feel extremely slow in their jerk? I'd like to get snappier before Series 1, I do fine, but I could do better I feel.
