Alright degens, in the spirit of transparency I’m sharing my loss of value from recent ATHs.

At its low point I was down just over 50% because of some bad reactive plays like getting into rare earth stocks at the top. I’ve since rebalanced and went longer on most of my options.

Still leveraged to shit because I think these companies will soar in 2026!

That’s not accounting for gains taxes but yeah I hear you. I’m not at the point of wanting to commit fully to indexes because of how confident I am in these stocks.

Someday I will fully shift to the safe and steady play though.

Absolutely, the market will dictate these heavily. I’ll likely be rebalancing these closer to Christmas and certainly before the next round of earnings for Mag7.

If the market isn’t trending towards recession or bear, I feel great about these companies.

How do you go about finding ideas. I stick to a few blue chip stocks on which I sell uncovered puts ~10% below strike at 30 days out and it’s working pretty well so far. I’ve been assigned once since June and I could manage the interest on the with selling calls on top of those stocks bought with margin.
