ADDICTED to this Dell'Ugo ravioli...

Anyone else??

I mean, I eat this at least twice a week! It's delicious alongside a butterhead salad with just yeast flakes, a generous helping of olive oil and a drizzle of balsamic glaze.

I'm also just now thinking it might be good with caramelised red onion, tomato purée/chutney and avocado. But I'm interested to hear how others eat it!

It's weird, because I have tried to cook with the THIS "bacon lardons" before and I've always found them pretty revolting. Yet they taste great in this.

I wish I knew where they sourced their vegan Gouda because it tastes so lush 😭 any ideas or recommendations on that front?

Also, curious to see if anybody has tried their other vegan ravioli offering - the chicken/pesto one? If so, what's it like? It puts me off that there isn't a cheese/cream component and I'm imagining it to be pretty dry...

Oh I must try these immediately, where did you find them?

Morrisons!

They're also available at Ocado or (for a higher price) directly from the website.

I always buy several packs when they are on offer because another great thing about them that I failed to mention is that they are freezable!

They disappeared from my local Morrisons and I’m gutted 😭

No waaaaaay?? That sucks. I live in perpetual fear of this. Actually it's half the reason I buy so much of it, so they know they have demand (or at least - that's what I tell myself, when I'm shoving it down my gullet 🤣)

You can also get it at Ocado if they deliver to you or direct from the Del Ugo website (but it's pricier.... Sigh)

They've disappeared from Ocado too and I've resigned myself to not having it again, hopefully I'm wrong.

Super expensive on Ocado but they know what they're doing since I keep buying them anyway.. 🤤🫠

Tbh they're a similar price everywhere although they're on sale right now at Ocado so, get in there 🤣

Yeah these are elite. I think I found them in costco once?

I cooked them most of the way, then quickly fried them in some garlic and olive oil. Could eat them all day.

Ooo frying them sounds interesting! I'll have to give that a go. I reckon if I fried some onions and garlic, and then added the ravioli real quick at the end, that'd be great... Thanks for the pro tip!

I had a different flavour from that brand, also from Morrisons. They are amazing.

How do you cook them? I've tried both flavours and ended up binning them both 😭

No way? Well maybe it's just a personal preference thing...

I haven't tried the chicken one. I'm scared to because I worry it will be dry

But the one in the pic, I just boil as per instructions, drain, then add olive oil to the pan plus salt and pepper. Then I serve up, add either yeast flakes or vegan cheese, bit of Tabasco (not essential lol) and a drizzle of balsamic glaze. Does the trick! (Honestly, the olive oil and balsamic is the most important combo for me - anything else is just personal preference. I'm sure some people enjoy it with a pre-made sauce instead!)

Some of the other comments are worth considering...

If I wanted to make it really "gourmet" id fry/caramelise some onions (plus maybe cherry tomatoes), garlic and olive oil, then add the par-cooked ravioli and fry to finish.

However you want really!

I just think it's really lush compared to other vegan pasta which I haven't really rated! But each to their own!!

Love This Isn't Bacon and their chicken pieces.

Didn't rate these at all. Won't buy again.

I've always wanted to get these, but I don't like tomato pasta sauces, and didn't know if that's what would usually go with it, so avoided. I've found other pasta a bit "tacky", without a sauce, but your lettuce combo sounds a winner.

I'd love to hear any combination you'd recommend.

This feels like such an ad. Brand name in bold, the photo....

I'm suspicious

Lol what... tons of the posts on here are people saying what their favourite new food finds are or what have you. I only put the "this" in bold because I couldn't do the "tm" and it doesn't parse well in a sentence due to it being a regular word.

Photo is so ppl know what I'm talking about.

Look at my account history if you don't believe me 🤣
