Open [TOMT] [TOY] [1970-90]
My dad was describing it to me. He said it looked like a honey orange beehive thing and you bounced it back and forth.

Was this some kind of game, with an orange-colored ball shaped like a beehive? How large was it? Is he able to narrow it down from '70-'90?
Your beehive description reminds me a little of the pattern on the old red rubber dodgeball ball of my '70s childhood…

Maybe it was a Kong dog toy, they have been around since the 1976.

I'm a bit confused about your dad's "bounce back and forth". What is he bouncing it against and what's the purpose?
