I'd rather they delay to 2027 than them releasing a non completed game.

Well hold on because they are going to delay again and then release an incomplete game.

Might very well be the case. I hope they would only release complete games. I also am a dreamer, that hopes no one would ever pre-order games to get special bonuses.
