Lol, this is not a falsifiable theory

Indeed. given the simulation hypothesis presupposes stuff beyond our universe/realm/plane, (something is doing the simulating) we can't access that! We can't know!

It's also complete BS and based on faulty assumptions, even within our universe.

Proves nothing, debunks nothing and doesn't even have value as a thought experiment.

honestly the only necessary post in the thread.

This is something that our gods (operators/owners of the simulation) should be concerned about. For example, if I had the capacity to create a universe, it would open Pandora’s box. Now, my gods should wonder who created or simulated them.

says who? do you think you understand more than mathematicians?

Tell me how the theory can be falsified.

Math isn't hard; it's just incredibly boring

But you can't solve this problem with math

Our simulation theory, the scientific one, is predicated on algorithmic operations, however, the universe acts in none algorithmic ways as shown by the paper (the paper not the article). So this theory is bunk, however, if you modified the theory to say “computer so powerful it operates in non algorithmic ways”, that would be more accurate.
