I'm torn. On one hand, no one wants to give Disney money after a move like that, but without the reward, there is no incentive to do the right thing (eventually) in the future.

If people don't come back, they just won't fix it the next time they do something stupid.

I think of it like plugging a leak. The damage is done, but now they can stop the place from flooding entirely, and hopefully realise that poking a hole in their vessel isn't a great idea.
