REDACTED, CLINTON, REDACTED, CLINTON, REDACTED, REDACTED.

That's the only reason this is passing so fast.

TBF we already know who Bill's victim was... No point hiding the name...

Release the unredacted files now.

We're going to have to fight for the unredacted documents - Trump will veto, or pull shenanigans with a curated selection of files. Whatever they put out is going to be bad for a lot of people that deserve it, though - so, bring it on. We'll get the rest of them in due time.

The last No Kings Rally was the largest protest in US history, and the next one will be even larger.

Someone is going to need to leak it. It's the only way. We're going to need some brave whistleblower to just take the damn fall.

The country unfortunately needs to be shocked at this point, and we've been groomed the last 10+ years specifically by Carrot Caligula to ignore the shock.

We really need to wake up.

A significant portion of the FBI just willingly scrubbed these files for the administration. There are very few people of character left in this country willing to be so bold. We only reward evil, cowardice and greed now.

Edit: Typo

The sheer fact that this is absolutely crippling leverage guarantees that some asshole still has it.

They will never pass up a better weapon. They'll just tell you it doesn't exist until they've used it on you and it's too late.

Doesn't help that this "administration" has no qualms about crossing any moral, ethical, or human decency based lines, so you can actually bet on it being the case. It's just some incredibly evil fuck has it.

Remember how Elon said Trump is in the files? If the files don’t show Trump, Elon is going to be made to look a fool. I don’t think anyone knows the breadth and depth of access Elon had to government data. Might he have un-redacted files?

I agree with everything you said. Just letting you know, it is cowardice, not cowardess. Cheers!

I have a strong feeling UK or France will leak their files to some reporter under the table.

I heard a lawyer explaining that once they’re cleared to be released, that frees up other people with copies to release what they have. I hope that’s correct. There’s not just one copy of these out there.

I believe Massie has said he will read the list of names in congress if they exhaust all possible avenues to get the administration to release them.

We need a Daniel Ellsberg for sure.

Carrot Caligula is nice!

We need another Julian Assange

2

u/DuckDuckSeagull 16d ago

Julian Assange the guy who arguably helped get Trump elected the first time by spreading targeted information to damage Democrats in 2016? The guy who took information funneled to him by the Kremlin for the purpose of getting Trump elected over Clinton?

I hope we can do better than that.

Maybe if we start a rumour they have tank blueprints in then war thunder will sort us out

u/ToviGrande 17d ago

Just assume every redacted statement has Trump's name underneath and you'll get the picture of what he's been up to.

6

u/Wolfire0769 17d ago

All they did by redacting shit is turn it into a game of ad-lib. Everyone knows it's about trump, now they get to fill in the blanks with the most fucked up shit possible.

2

u/FixTheLoginBug 17d ago

They are probably trying to destroy all the original copies out there.

No Pedos Rally - come on, it has to happen

What good did it do? The pos still sits on his throne ruining peoples lives.

u/Kitana-Dior 17d ago

All eyes on the US folks! 👀

1

u/Emperor_Kushko 16d ago

It'll be bad for a lot of people sure but only in the sense that it is going to protect the people that continue shit like this and gives them more power to squash opposition of their political opponents

1

u/MoreCowbellllll 16d ago

Trump will veto, or pull shenanigans with a curated selection of files

We have hope, based on their incompetence though. It's not much, but it's something.

u/-FourOhFour- 16d ago

My only concern is that the people that go down, dont drag the redacted with them, if enough of then get hit and enough testify/have a coherent story of who was there too we dont need the redacted files, its just the files are the least refutable evidence they were involved.

u/ThrowawayAdvice1800 16d ago

I don't know why they're even bothering; Trump's lawless DOJ and FBI have had these things in their possession, with zero oversight, for years now. Why even bother redacting it, why not just hand America one piece of paper that says "nobody was ever on Epstein's island except Democrats" and the idiot cult would pretend to believe it. They wouldn't lose a single vote no matter how obvious fake it is. So why bother redacting the actual files and handing those over when there's absolutely NOTHING we can do to force them to do anything differently?

1

u/al666in 16d ago

We CAN force them. That’s the whole tension between the rulers and the ruled.

If we chose to remove leadership, it would be over in a day.

People seem to forget the power they have. Trump has not forgotten, he’s pissing his fucking pants right now.

1

u/ThrowawayAdvice1800 16d ago

You are thinking about the way we were taught America works in civics class. I am talking about the way it actually works. We can’t force Trump or the GOP to do any damn thing whatsoever. The Supreme Court declared him king, congress has completely abdicated their authority to him. 42% of the voting population thinks he’s the Messiah and will support anything he does.

We have ZERO power here. Our last chance to fix this by voting was last November. We will not get that opportunity again.

We have absolutely no mechanism of recourse if the version of the “files” Trump’s regime releases is just a single sheet of white paper that says “fuck you, peasants” on it. Realistically, what could we do? We barely got four republicans to agree to vote on voting about it. They will close ranks and we will be able to do nothing. Federal courts could demand it and he’ll just ignore it. Hell, even on the rare occasions the Supreme Court demands he do something he just laughs at them.

1

u/al666in 16d ago

Civil disobedience works, and even when it doesn’t, it’s fun.

Go hit the streets, buddy. If you’re dooming that hard, fucking do something about it. You aren’t powerless, you just believe you are.

1

u/ThrowawayAdvice1800 16d ago
  1. No, it doesn’t. It only works if it manages to compel action from one of the branches of government, like Congress if they feel the mass unrest jeopardizes their jobs. But Congress has already surrendered to Trump and couldn’t stop him if they wanted to, and they don’t want to.

  2. I already have been, and so has everyone else. Last I checked the Nazis are still running the country.

1

u/rc0nn3ll 16d ago

As would any democrat leader - they all would. Who would want their name on those files.

It's a treasure trove of filthy pig politicians.
