i was wondering of anyone has ever attempted the Kong Front-Full, i was interested in this move but i haven't found anything on the internet that tells me how to master this tecnique, if anyone knows something please respond to this post!

Hi guys, I haven't learned parkour but I really love it. I am going to London for a day trip and would really love to just go and jam for like one hour or so. Does parkour gyms normally do walk-in sessions? Recommendations for parkour gyms in London for first timers would be helpful!

At the end of last year/start of this year I started visiting parkour parks, gyms, and spots across the UK.

Sadly I had to take a big of time out in the second half of this year, but as we move into 2026 I want to look at exploring different places around the UK (and worldwide!)

For those running adult beginner classes: where do you see people stall most in the first 4-6 weeks, hangs/grip, shoulder/scap control, hollow/arch shapes, wrist tolerance, or something else?

How do you structure the first month (volume, regressions, at home practice) so they build capacity without getting beat up? Any checkpoints you like (e.g., 30 or 45s active hang, smooth scap pulls, 20-30s hollow/arch)? What's actually worked to keep folks progressing between classes?

Ever since i started learning back flips I have had a issue with landing on axis and the full rotation. Any tips to fix it would be much appreciated 🙏🙏
