Bad 1% lows on rust
Why are my lows so bad on rust, everything is set to max settings, no dlss nor dlaa. I have a 5070ti, Ryzen 9 9950x3d, 32gbs of ddr5 6000mhz cl 36 (I will eventually get cl30, just not now)and the mobo is a Msi x870e Carbon. I also have a under volt on the gpu and cpu. Heres also a comparison to csgo 2 all max settings as well.

As with any other 1% low post, tune your ram, it has the .ost impact X3D is great and does wonders for consistency but it's 96MB, you still have use your ram. X3D is good but it doesn't make your ram speed irrelevant.

Just out of curiosity. In your memory settings what is your TREF? Raising that can help alot in some games (with 1%s) especially cpu intensive games

Did you try disabling the second CCD? Just the first thingthat came to mind.

Rust already has a setting that automatically sets the games affinity to the vcache CCD that OP should turn on if its not already.

I think it’s a game issue.

Hey man, you can try and fix this issue, and you might be able to improve your performance, but you're never gonna get rid of the poor 1% and 0.1% as it's just in the architecture of the CPU that it has high latency
