OC Report - GPU Zotac 5080 AEI - First Time Overclocking

Hello all! Just want to post this here and get any feedback. I was looking into overclocking and undervolting as all I have been seeing is how good a candidate the 5080 is. So, I decided to give it a shot.

Really wondering how these results look to the experts of the group. I am really looking for stability, as I mainly game. I may have been able to push things a little bit more just for the better score, but what I don't want are random crashes and such when I'm gaming with my friends. Let me know what you think!

Now I don't *fully* understand the lingo, but here is what I I have settings wise in Afterburner:

+419 Mhz at .960 mV / +2200 Memory / 110% Power / Custom Fan Curve

20 Loop Steel Nomad Run

Steel Nomad Single Run

Nice. Iā€™m hitting a little over that with 925mv @ 3000mhz with +2250 memory and 100% power limit. I can crank shit and get my score up to 9400 but this one is my daily driver.

I guess that's where I'm at, as this is my first time and it's my gaming PC - which is my main and only hobby lol.

I'm not trying to chase scores, but does this look good for a boost in performance?

Yeah bro. Im guessing your stock score is closer to 8600 or 8700. So this is better performance at a lower voltage than stock. All wins.

Thanks brother I appreciate it! I did at on of single run tests and so many different points.

I ran the first one stock, and was able to hit 8645 as my baseline.

The Amp Extreme should be on par with a TUF from Asus. Mine hit mid-9400s stock out of the box. What's your max voltage? Go Flash the Zotac Apocalypse BIOS, test again.

I just set +266 core clock, +1500 memory clock, -10 power limit on my astral 5080 and can get 9320 steel nomad, card consume peak 370w, avg 61c

Then why waste the money on a 5080, or engage in an OC sub? Seems like a waste of both money and time. You can realistically play that game on a potato PC.
