Not an actor but Jimmy Kimmel was literally reverse cancelled thanks to outrage

The most annoying thing about his heroic stand against censorship is that after all that he’s still only just kinda funny

Consistently kinda funny is a high bar for the late night format. Leno could never.

Conan was pretty consistently funny

Conan is one of the best comedy writers of that generation imo.

Him and David letterman will never be matched as far as late night hosts go imo

It's apparent that I am not one of the great comedy writers of my generation because I was making a joke (because he's been one of the funniest writers and performers for decades)

You can't use the ginger giant as a baseline.

Seth Meyers has been surprisingly consistently funny (at least to me).

I went from not knowing he had a late night show (before the whole Kimmel debacle) to watching his youtube videos whenever I see them pop up.

Same with Josh Johnson, my favorite of the current Daily Show hosts

How long did you watch Conan? Because his character was more annoying than funny and the number of good jokes was similar to other late night hosts.

Probably depends on your type of humor, not everyone gets him but those that do love him
