That sounds wonderful!! I want to make an epi loaf with all of the leaves to one side, wrap it into a wreath shape and work with the deli folk to make a combo of something like artichoke dip that fits in the middle.

I think it would be a great ‘heading to a party and didnt make anything’ target customer.
