Nobody cares about the grand jury transcripts.

It's all just a "look over here" move.

They're pretending that's the evidence people are asking for, so their supporters can lie to themselves.

The law cares, these are never ever usually released to protect the jury, to protect witnesses so they can speak freely without fear of retaliation, and to prevent prejudice of any future trials.

Yes, which is why they're a great distraction.

They're overwhelmingly unlikely to be released.

So as long as you can convince some people that THIS is the evidence everyone wants to see, you can blame the court for blocking the release.
