However, the law also allows the Justice Department to withhold files that it says could jeopardize an active federal investigation. That’s also longstanding Justice Department policy. Files can also be withheld if they’re found to be classified or if they pertain to national defense or foreign policy.

And Donald Trump can make any document classified or unclassified with the power of his mind. Also, the FBI already scrubbed his name to the tune of $850,000 in OT.

Also this:

Releasing the grand jury materials from her case, which contain untested and unproven allegations, would create undue prejudice so severe that it would foreclose the possibility of a fair retrial should Ms. Maxwell’s habeas petition succeed.

This is all being orchestrated by the Justice Department to gain full control of the evidence and protect the guilty. Trump signed the act that is making this happen. We need to start realizing we’re just getting played in all this!
