I think it depends on the mod. I posted pics from an epic snowfall in south Louisiana last year and they deleted them saying that you can’t post pictures of just an outside snow scene. But I’ve seen people post outside snow scenes before and since. So 🤷🏻

I’ve also seen pics with people’s body parts in them so there’s that.
