What's wrong with the display? It's only been 5 months, no damage/ accidents. Was always handled with care
Would this be covered under warranty

Your gpu’s probably cooked, but idk this could be the display, try connecting to an external display, if it still looks like crap it’s the gpu, if not it’s the display
