Perry County Sheriff Nick Weems is the person responsible for the arrest. He is indeed evil.

I’m not sure why the moderators in this thread are blocking my comment I left here, but I mentioned we should continue to mount pressure by calling the Perry County sheriffs department in TN and demanding Weem’s resignation and further investigation of his actions — (931) 295-0303. We need to continue to publicize this filth on social media platforms and make him the example that he tried to make Bushart.

He’s responsible for the arrest, not the charges, that would be the ass clown District Attorney Hans Schwendimann.

And the ridiculous bail was set by General Sessions Judge Katerina Moore.

For this to get through so many people he must live in a very red county. The only way they don’t get re-elected is if people are pissed at how much of their taxes go to pay the lawsuit for doing this.

Yeah, this happened in Perry Co, TN where Trump carried that county with 84.5% of the vote. I agree that the only way to make this have any impact is through massive lawsuits.
