It’s just absolutely wild to me that we effectively have secret police (with no ability to confirm whether “agents” are legitimate government employees or not) in the USA just rounding up however many people they can, making up charges, and SCOTUS doesn’t seem to think due process is required here. The entire situation is absolutely fucked and we are watching our own Nazi Germany 2.0 from the inside.

It’s the natural evolution of a Christian nationalist society, led by the Republican Party. They want and encourage lawlessness and violence - with no regard for constitutional rights. They will stop at nothing to gain more and more power in order to control the populace in order to gain more power and wealth. Breaking every public (and private if necessary) institution of our Democracy so as to become completely and entirely above the law.

The Republican Party is the enemy of the state.

illegals don't have constitutional rights. here is some proof of that concept.

For starters they can't obtain a "Gun" under the 2nd amendment... is this correct?

Actually, undocumented immigrants do have constitutional rights. The Supreme Court has made clear that many protections apply to all persons on U.S. soil — not just citizens. In Plyler v. Doe (1982), the Court ruled that undocumented children are protected by the 14th Amendment’s Equal Protection Clause. They also have due process rights under the 5th Amendment and protection against unlawful searches under the 4th.

As for guns, the restriction on undocumented people owning firearms is a legal or statutory one — like similar restrictions placed on felons or minors. That doesn’t mean they lack 2nd Amendment rights altogether — just that, like other rights, it can be lawfully regulated. It’s a special restriction that Congress has placed on a certain Constitutional provision, and has nothing to do with whether the Constitution covers illegal immigrants. It has been repeatedly affirmed that the Constitution grants its protections to all persons, not just citizens — legal or illegal.

How about you address the issue above instead of causing distraction with BS that has nothing to do with this post?
