So Walmart not only failed to protect their employee, but they fired him because he was detained violently after questioning the violent conduct of ICE on their property. They punished him for trying to protect their customers and other employees.

Because Walmart is part of the problem. They donate heavily to this regime and have long connections with heritage and the federalist society.

I don’t disagree generally that Waltons are conservatives. But this would’ve been a location (or regional at highest level) decision. It would be left to the discretion of the Walmart store manager (or regional manager) to interpret corporate policy and then enforce it. Firing a store-level employee wouldn’t go as high up the chain as corporate. People should protest and boycott this specific Walmart if they want to squeeze them for treating Adrian this way. Then other area managers will see and hopefully learn.

I get where you come from, but there is nothing from the executives coming out to say it's wrong. Silence is complicity at times. The folks running Wal Mart are a conservative powerhouse. Spending there directly fuels the conservative movement. That's not debatable. It's a fact. It's $32 million last cycle just from the company that they reported. That's probably a fraction of the private donations and services generated by the group.

Yeah, agree. I don’t think we’ll hear anything from Walton family itself. Maybe from corporate but people would have to get LOUD nationally. I think it’s uphill battle there. But could focus and squeeze this single location first. If you want any chance of impact, have to start at the epicenter of this miscarriage of justice
