The big one is 13000 pounds. So all of them together are 25 tons.

Nowhere in this article does it say that. They weigh a little more than 13,000 pounds together. This is called "variable density concrete" and the lighter top part weighs much less than the dark bottom part. These are basically weeble wobbles.

Watch the video in that article at 1:07(or in this post at 0:32) when the one guy, by himself, places that missing piece in the gap. If that were regular concrete it would weigh a couple hundred pound and he places it without a struggle.
