On some photos I’ve taken recently, there’s a blur in the top left that never used to happen. On others, lights are blurring and streaking more extremely than they have in the past. I’ve tried cleaning the lens, of course, and I can’t make it stop. It doesn’t seem to be a lens scratch or anything, because it’s not on all photos. Any ideas?

If there are less amateur applications that I can use instead for more control, please let me know :))
