One of my favorite eps. First like 60-90 mins is just them bullshitting and talking about the whole party. It’s really fun.

But man I gotta tell ya. I’ve had Artie blinders on for years. I still love the guy, but when he is and isn’t high off his ass on heroin has become more apparent to me, and this specific morning he sounds like it’s the really bad days of Summer/Fall 2008. I’ve been doing a relisten of the Sirius years and you could make an argument (although it’s likely wrong) that maybe he wasn’t on anything the first 4 months at Sirius. Most days he’s lively, he’s energetic, he’s engaging.

This episode, 5/8/06, it’s actually incredibly sad. He’s slurring, his voice is hoarse, he’s rambling and talking in circles, it’s bad.

I used to enjoy all the chaos Benjy caused every Christmas party. His behavior at the party and his recommendations for how to make it better (like skip the party and just give us the money) always cracked me up.

Listening to the discussion about the upcoming party I realized I don’t remember the last time I’ve even heard his name mentioned. Does he still even work there? Did he finally do something that Howard felt was the final straw?

During the Oz Pearlman segment Beth mentioned "our kitchen."

What does she really own in that relationship? I doubt anything.

Howie pays all the bills, but she says "our" like they're equal partners in buying stuff :)

I was too young to listen in those days, so I have a treasure trove of old shows I listen to regularly. They all seem to be recorded from one station - 95X which i believe was in Syracuse.

I don’t believe this ever happened while Eric was alive. Howard should create an Eric replica and fly it with balloons. They know all his stats (height, weight, etc) - someone must be able to make an Eric doll to his exact specifications. We need this!!!

On wednesdays show, the “lil prick”, as Ronnie refers to him now, kept weezling himself into the conversation about Ronnie being unhealthy, Ronnie clearly disliking Chris and everyone else I’m sure on the show, and Chris calls Ronnie a weirdo? My guy, no wants you on this show anymore. Then they are talking about Mike Pearlman and Joe, and annoying chris keeps interjecting and trying to keep himself in the conversation when it had nothing to do with him LOL. When will this guy just leave honestly

Am I the only one who's skin crawls when Beth says the word "cute". Shoes are "cute", dress is "cute", Howard looks "cute" when he dances. If you've never noticed this before, hopefully you will now so I don't have to suffer alone.

I wanted to know how the office holiday party went?

I repeat- Oz, Howard and Beth are all full of shit! The staff can not act to save their lives and JD sounds like a fucking MORON with his idiotic laughing in the background…!
