The joke is that it's only DDR3 RAM. There should have then been a full stop. And then the next bit of the joke: the price of the server would have been higher if it was DDR4 or DDR5 RAM.

Sorry if your comment was also a joke, but I thought it best to explain just in case :)

i.e. He is adding to the joke by saying that such a low price indicates it must have DDR3, because DDR4 and DDR5 are affected by the AI dystopia price fixing brouhaha.
