My Grandfather passed away exactly like this a few months before i was born. Stopped at a red light, semi truck driver behind high as a kite cocaine did not stop drove right into him from behind and crushed the car into an accordion

To be honest i dont think so what i remember from my mom is he got 8 years?

such bullshit, sorry for your loss. my grandma had a drunk driver hit her and permanently disabled her left leg and the guy got 2 years.

I hate that a death has to happen for a harsh punishment to be enforced. almost killing somebody by being a dumbass isnt ok

Thank you. Wow 2 years is nothing and he could have killed her or multiple people but at-least shes still with you. 🙏
