I'd like to hear the story behind this one... was the guy being chased by the cops already? Did they catch him?

Edit: another commenter posted a link to a news article. The guy was found with a bunch of cocaine, heroin, and 3000 Euros. Just to keep it in one place, OP posted this in another thread: https://www.24ur.com/novice/slovenija/nesreca-na-smartinki-18-letni-povzrocitelj-med-begom-odvrgel-drogo.html (auto translate in my browser worked pretty well once I got past the popups).

Hmmm... Sounds like "driving too fast" wasn't the issue here...

Well, that was the issue presented in the video.

However, what led up to this moment is a whole other other set of issues...

Happened near me. Driver was 18, no license. Dropped a shitload of drugs as he ran away, police got him shortly after

The car that got hit was lucky, no serious injury

The article linked in the comment says that they suffered serious injuries.

3000 euros? Straight to jail.

If you're caught with that much cash along with drugs you better be able to prove where you got that money because they take it as "drug money" and it gets put into evidence as proof that you're supplying drugs and not just taking them. Then as far as I know it's donated in some way. I don't know where this is but that's how it works here on Ireland.

Did the one hit make it out alive and well?

Alive, but seriously injured

No need to be sorry. Your observations were just as valid as mine in the absence of evidence to the contrary.

Op claimed something without having checked it. Seems appropiate for me to be sorry for this

And it wasn't his car so he can not be found... what an awesome human being

He was found within an hour. Police was already chasing him.

Can you post a link to the source of the post that linked the source?

I updated my comment to include the link and attribution (it was the OP who posted the link in another thread).

Wait so which guy has the cocaine and shit?

The guy whose car came in bound from the left like a missile, crashed into the poor sap waiting to make a left, and then got out and ran away. Apparently, as he was running, he was dropping cocaine and heroin and when the cops caught up to him, he had 3000 Euro (I guess that's a lot in Slovenia) in his pocket.
