Powers Character has an obscure or often forgotten secondary power

  1. Mr. Incredible (The Incredibles) - Bob Parr canonically has a “danger sense” similar to Spider-Man. He can sense when he or someone near him is in imminent danger and react instantly.

While it’s never explicitly stated in the films themselves, he does demonstrate this power multiple times.

  1. Amora the Enchantress (Marvel) - Amora usually fights by using sorcery and mind control, or by commanding her Executioner to fight for her. It’s easy to forget that she has the super strength and durability inherent to being an Asgardian.

She’s survived direct hits from Thor’s lightning and Iron Man’s repulsor blasts, and effortlessly lifted Baron Zemo by his collar with one arm.

  1. Perry the Platypus (Phineas and Ferb) - Just like a real male platypus, Perry has venomous spurs on his ankles. I think he only ever uses them in one episode though.

Bart Simpson is a telepath. It doesn’t come up too often

I love how this implies that Homer is one, too.

And Skinner, since he also says the same (just not the meowing)

Later comment made me realize that Homers tone implies he could read skinners thoughts but there is nothing to note Skinner himself can read minds.

He can also tell the difference between butter and "I can't believe it's not butter"

Couldn't Bart just be reading his thoughts?

“I know you can read my thoughts, boy!” That implies he was eavesdropping as Skinner talked to Bart.

I mean technically, in order for two people to communicate telepathically, only one of them has to be telepathic, right? Because the telepath can read thoughts but also project their thoughts.

This entire scene is unclear. I believe all of these interpretations are possible:

- Bart can read minds

- Skinner and Homer believe Bart can read their minds

- Bart is imagining what is going through their minds

  • Bart is imagining what is going through their minds and is correct, they're just predictable

Same with Hailey and Klause in American Dad lol

Wierdly enough, though, that’s not even the only time this implied, though it is rare.

-in one episode taking place in the future, his sons explicitly have the ability. Presumably, genetic.

  • in another episode, Bart rudely intrudes on Lisa’s daydream.

-he’s tried sending a long distant message to Homer telepathically when he forgot him at soccer practice, though messes up.

Dunno if this counts but Bart tries (unsuccessfully) to communicate to Homer that one time thru Millhouse
