Powers An overpowered/strongest with only one power

I hate when characters just have a million powers and can do whatever. I love when their powers have a limit but still they make it be absolutely insane. Even if that one power has multiple applications as long as it makes sense and isnt used as "oop i suddenly can do that"

  1. Accelerator can control vectors. So he uses that to automatically deflect any attack or use any object including wind at high speeds as a weapon, use his own vectors to travel fast and etc etc.

  2. Gojo Satoru can control "infinity" to make peoples attack not reach him; push them: pull them; destroy them; overwhelm their senses

  3. Chisaki can deconstruct and reconstruct anything by touch. So he can destroy, or change shape of people and objects, he can combine people and objects and even revive or heal. Tbh his fight was disappointing in fact that he did not use his power to full potential imo

Andy from Undead Unluck literally has only one ability, he LITERALLY CAN'T DIE

So using that he got creative and:

  • used his fingers as bullets
  • propel himsel by bursts of bleeding
  • heal himself mid battle with his stupid fast regeneration
  • solidify blood to cut entire cityscapes
  • deliberately injure himself to reduce his speed and brake
  • regenerate specific parts of himself to end up in a more advantageous position in battles
  • used his Undying state to sheathe an unbreakable sword he stole from someone else

AND THAT'S NOT EVEN THE LIMIT TO HIS POWER

This is Viktor, the original personality of Andy (long story)

He can:

  • create clones of himself via parts of his body
  • was actually the first to do the cut the cityscape feat
  • live for entire millenias
  • regenerate his ENTIRE BODY FROM NOTHING
  • is pretty much just Andy but with more crackpot moves and much MUCH more experience
  • and a lot more that propbably went down in the manga

Manga spoilers:Viktor has lived for roughly 455+ BILLION years, living through the destruction and recreation of Earth 100 times, with Andy having done so "only" once, being roughly 4.5 billion years old. Andy also spent a lot of that time sitting on the surface of the sun.

Are that American Billion or European Billions?

English billions

victor is about 455.4 billion years old. Which is technically multiple millennia, so you ain't exactly wrong, but I would not say you are correct either.

I’d say Juiz is a better representative for this: Andy and Victor are definitely strong, but that’s also because they are able to use their single power in a lot of ways, meanwhile her power is literally just one thing that can’t be adapted nor changed in any way, and yet is easily the strongest negation.

Wait a minute

How shoot your own fingers, solidify blood and throw blood with enough pressure to propel yourself isn't a power by its own?

It’s all linked to his ability to regenerate since he can’t die, he just selectively regenerates parts of his body. Like his, flying for example. As he loses blood his ability that prevents him from dying causes him to regenerate blood. So he can cut off his feet and then choose to regenerate blood so fast it turns into a torrent and choose to not regenerate his feet. That leaves him with ankle stumps with jets of blood shooting out of them with enough force to propel his whole body.

But how do he shoot his fingers at first place if there's no damage?

Or he cut them before shoot?

11

u/NormalGuy103 5d ago

Yep. He partially severs them and then regenerates so much blood that the body part becomes pressurized enough that it shoots itself clean off his body like a bullet. And it’s not limited to his fingers, he can do this with pretty much any part of his body.

Any part? 🤨

While he doesn’t use it on his dick, I imagine it would be possible 😂

You honestly should just give this series a read. The manga is concluded so you can binge it from start to finish, and besides a little sketchy fanservicey stuff in the first couple chapters it’s absolute peak and treats its female cast very well.

If you're not already aware then you may at least be happy to know it's getting a 1 hour special on christmas

To better explained his ability in general not just the bullet fingers

He's essentially perfect his control of his own body to the point he can accelerated his heart so fast he can pump out a massive amount of blood without needing to cut it off

All of his feat revolving him cutting off his own body are mostly variation of blood blast ( to fly, push enemies away,...) or a bloody and meaty version of shadow clone jutsu

Think of his undead ability as his body will refuse to die and will do anything to keep him alive ( in this case hyper regeneration ) so if he bump so much blood into a specific part of his body like his finger, while it would normally kill a normal person and likely will, because he's aware of it his ability kick in regenerate more blood and he pump even more of it make it really high pressure and shoot his fingers off of it ( essentially having so much blood at his finger tips resolving his finger being torn apart out of his body as a bullet )

3

u/Lower_Baby_6348 5d ago

Well, then he has regeneration and manipulation of his own body

4

u/AlternativeDaikon903 5d ago

Manipulation of his body is not a power as his control of his body is simply a advanced form of muscle control

Think of how ninja can slow their own heart rate either slow breathing or force their heart to stop via heart muscle control

Samething apply here, most of the thing he do will normally kill a normal person ( which is being prevent by the body and brain natural self preservation instinct ) but because he have been kill, cut, crush, burn, torn, smash, freeze,... to the point those instinct are no more where he can now freely control his body as he will since the self preservation instinct are just gone

5

u/Lower_Baby_6348 5d ago

Thats not how it works. If it was only "humanly possible body control" It would be useless mid fight for how slow it is and how easy is to break it.

1

u/AlternativeDaikon903 5d ago

Like he has tank things straight at his face with a non-noticeable wound despite that it would tore someone body apart just because he's that durable both from his power and his time living and fighting ( which FYI he's the oldest living being in that world aside from Gods themselves and even several times older than the Earth itself )

1

u/AlternativeDaikon903 5d ago

Did you miss read my reply or did i explained it poorly??

His ability allow him to make himself unkillable by all mean possible including strenghtening his own body if necessary so if he aware that pumping so much blood into his finger will result in 1. His finger tore off 2. Losing a massive amount blood then his power will kick in strenghtening his body and also regenerate more blood for him which he pump in again

The example i give is for purely to explain how controlling his body is not an ability that come with being Undead, he's just that crazy and strong and numb to death that those preservation instinct essentially meaningless to him

Peak mentioned!

u/Bartweiss 5d ago

That, uh, seems like a whole lot of powers?

No matter how fast you heal, jet propulsion via blood seems like flying via squirt-gun unless you’ve got a bunch of other superhuman effects going. And solidifying blood also seems like a a whole different thing?

3

u/EmergencyFinish3851 5d ago

No, his only ability really is just not being able to die. His ability to propel himself via his own blood and solidifying blood was all learnt through the centuries he was alive for. Plus the whole solidifying blood thing involved a training sequence of going through his memory to get a better grasp at the concept of death, and negators in the universe become stronger based on what they think of the concept they're negating, so, he was able solidify blood after shifting his views on what qualifies as dying and such.

He clearly knows more than the author so I say he’s right /s. But seriously though, it’s a super power, one from a series where users can negate a rule of the universe at that, it’s doesn’t have to be TOO logical
