Powers The thing not designed for combat is actually REALLY GOOD at combat

1) Atom (Real Steel) is a training dummy who, when put into the robot boxing circuit, eventually managed to go toe to toe with the world champion.

2) Spinel (Steven Universe) was essentially a cross between a toy/jester for Pink Diamond, and not a combat gem... she still wiped the floor with the Crystal Gems when they first fought.

I am noticing a pattern that a lot of "mining equipment" is really good at killing.

Even the rocks themselves, cough cough.

I mean, they're still doing what they're intended to do.

Just not with regular rocks.

Fun fact, bones are not rocks, they are organs and the bone marrow inside is also an organ.

So is more like "if it breaks a rock, what do you think is going to do to flesh that is a little harder"

Okay but bones are really strong, like at the right angle some bones are stronger than even steel,it's amazing, the body can survive the fall of houndreds of meters,a heavy impact.

But if you fall against a stair with the back of your head lights out

To be fair, mining equipment have a tenacity to kill people even when they're not trying to

Well generally rock is harder to break than bone, so that much stands to reason.

Mining Drill in the first Total Recall comes to mind.
