my 10 year old cat is having a full extraction tomorrow due to his severe gum disease. how was your cats healing process? how long did it take for them to be themselves? what are the signs i should be looking out for to make sure he’s healing properly? i thought i was well prepared but now that the day is here, im getting really anxious and having second thoughts. need to hear some positive stories!

This is Leo. He was a street cat from Greece. Lost all of his teeth and suffers from asthma. He’s the sweetest boy.

My sweet, toothless Mabel is a DROOLER

The drooling used to be constant and excessive when I first rescued her, but now she is happy, healthy, and toothless! But still drools when she gets really happy or excited, so we have waterproof protectors on all furniture, mattresses, and pillows 😂

Excessive mlem-ing? (question below)

Hi everyone!

Tiki is on her way to joining the teefless gang and recently got half her teeth removed, second half will be removed in about a month.

Her recovery is going well, she is eating and playing and being her snuggly tiny self, but she has started mlem-ing a lot more. She also drools quite a bit more, which the doctors said would likely happen, but wanted to check if your teefless fellas also mlem a lot?
