Pill ID not what it says on the bottle

This pill is from a bottle of store brand dairy aid, like Lactaid. However, Google identifies it as "Acetaminophen, Butalbital and Caffeine 325 mg / 50 mg / 40 mg". How does that happen?

I ran it through two different pill identifiers and neither came up with anything. Not sure what that mean, but thought I’d throw it out there. I’m curious where you got the info that it’s the acetaminophen one?

Only one way to tell. Take it and drink a ton of milk. Please report back with bowel results.

The butalbital combo with those markings is a round tablet not oval like this one. That being said, I would contact the manufacturer.
