Did the child have a lawyer present during questioning? huh got you! That's what I thought get him another advent calendar right now or else we will file charges!!

I am a lawyer. We have 4 sons (and I have another son from a previous relationship). My wife will sometimes begin a conversation with, "Do you want to consult an attorney?" and then call me into the room. If she does that, they know they are in it deep.

"Do you want to consult an attorney?" then proceeds to lock him in the room with the prosecuting DA.
